Gaurav Tikmani founded MEW Consultants with a clear conviction – that EPR compliance in India needed proper execution, not just advice. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the battery recycling sector, Gaurav built MEW from the ground up, developing the recycler networks, logistics infrastructure, and compliance systems that the business runs on today.
Under his leadership, MEW has grown into one of India’s trusted EPR execution firms carrying over 30 years of collective industry expertise. His approach has always been operational first: understanding how waste actually moves, how recyclers work, and how compliance holds up under scrutiny – not just on paper.
