Role Overview
As an Accounts Executive at Mew Consultants, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts and Finance
team in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting
with audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and handle all company accounts’ GST-related data entries. Ensure timely and
accurate GST filings and compliance. - Perform service tax calculations in accordance with applicable tax laws. Maintain accurate records and
ensure compliance with service tax regulations. - Manage TDS returns and income tax filings as per regulatory requirements. Assist in coordinating
audits and tax assessments related to income tax. - Liaise with government authorities regarding tax matters, audits, and compliance issues. Ensure that
all regulatory requirements are met on time. - Conduct detailed checks on balance sheets before submission to external auditors.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
- Manage GST calculations for all purchase bills, ensuring correctness. Handle GST returns related to
purchases and expenses. - Maintain digital records of all company bills and invoices. Organize and ensure easy access to financial
documents. - Support the Head of Accounts Department during statutory audits. Ensure that all necessary
documentation is provided for audit purposes. - Assist in the automation of GST report generation and data entry processes.
- Work to improve the efficiency and accuracy of GST-related reporting systems.
Eligibility & Required Skills - Strong understanding of GST rules and regulations, including its applicability to various sectors.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other analytical tools.
- Must be smart, presentable, and capable of effectively communicating with colleagues, clients, and
government officials. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies or errors in financial data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, especially in matters relating to audits and compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily EPR-related operational tasks (registrations, filings, portal updates, documentation
uploads). - Prepare, update and maintain MIS sheets, trackers, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with clients, recyclers, and internal teams regarding documentation and required
information. - Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support execution leads in planning and workflow monitoring.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Role Overview
The Office Administrator owns the day-to-day running of the office — managing inventory and assets,
coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate records and attendance, handling banking and documentation
errands, tracking administrative expenses, and providing direct support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is
organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between desk-based work and field tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Facilities
- Oversee the smooth daily functioning of the office and maintain a clean, organised, and well-equipped work environment.
- Ensure office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables are adequately stocked and reordered in good time.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to keep facilities in working order.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain and regularly update the office inventory register for consumables and supplies.
- Maintain a fixed-asset register covering laptops, IT equipment, furniture, and other company assets —
including asset tags, allocation, and condition status. - Track asset distribution and allocation across employees; record every issuance, return, and transfer.
- Conduct periodic physical stock and asset audits to reconcile records against actuals.
Vendor Coordination
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with vendors and service providers as per requirement (stationery, IT,
AMC, courier, pantry, repairs, etc.). - Obtain and compare quotations and support procurement decisions on rate and reliability.
- Track vendor deliverables, timelines, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Attendance & Records
- Manage the daily attendance / login system and maintain accurate, up-to-date attendance records.
- Maintain employee administrative records and office documentation in coordination with HR.
Banking & Documentation
- Visit banks and other offices for official paperwork — deposits, document submission, collection, and
routine liaison — as required - Handle courier, dispatch, and secure filing of important documents.
Expense Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all office administration expenses.
- Manage petty cash; record, reconcile, and report spending on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly admin-expense summaries for management review.
CEO / Executive Support
- Assist the CEO with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as they arise.
- Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and ad-hoc requirements with discretion and reliability.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in office administration, asset/inventory management, or a similar role.
- MS Excel proficiency (essential) — data entry, formulas, trackers, and basic reports.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred for local coordination).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership — consistent, accountable presence at work.
