Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Waste Management, Circular Economy, and Environmental
Strategy Development across India. We work with leading producers, recyclers, and regulatory bodies to
advance responsible resource management and sustainable business practices.

Role Overview

The Execution Associate will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks related to EPR compliance
across multiple waste streams. The role requires strong coordination, documentation management, analytical
ability, and advanced Excel proficiency to ensure accurate and timely execution of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily EPR-related operational tasks (registrations, filings, portal updates, documentation
    uploads).
  • Prepare, update and maintain MIS sheets, trackers, and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, recyclers, and internal teams regarding documentation and required
    information.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support execution leads in planning and workflow monitoring.
  • Organize and maintain client data, certificates, invoices and reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly execution status updates.
  • Ensure smooth execution of tasks within stipulated deadlines

Eligibility & Required Skills

  • 0-3 years of experience in operations, execution, MIS, compliance, or data-handling roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Formulas, Data Cleaning, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills for high-volume data entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CPCB EPR portals (Plastic, Battery, Used Oil, E-waste) is preferred but not mandatory.
